How Can I Support the Center's Mission of Healing?
You've all heard of Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday, when shoppers rush to snag the best deals after the Thanksgiving holiday. This year on November 27, join us in celebrating #GivingTuesday when people just like you and me band together to support nonprofits like the child safety center that make a positive impact. We urge you to join us and "give a child a voice." Each combined $50 gift will provide one funded child forensic interview, allowing a child the opportunity to share his or her physical or sexual abuse and receive treatment following a report of abuse. Help us to shade in all of the handprints on our giving board and know that 100 children will be helped on their path to healing!
How to Give a Child a Voice on #GivingTuesday
To support children on their path to healing this season of Thanksgiving, mail a check to PDMCSC, P.O. Box 292, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923 and note "Giving Tuesday" or contribute online via credit card using the link below. We will update the graphic above with online contributions as they arrive.
Lend Financial Support
One of our greatest needs is financial support to keep the lights on in our facility, cover the cost of direct services to help children and families heal, and provide the supplies and tools needed to bring awareness to child abuse in our local communities. You can directly support this mission by contributing your financial resources using one of the convenient options below. Your gifts to the non-profit child safety center are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law.
One-Time Online Gift
A single gift can be made online by credit or debit card using our secure PayPal link.
Recurring Online Gift
With the convenience of one-time set-up, a larger recurring gift may be split into more manageable installments using our secure PayPal link. With recurring gifts, PayPal account set-up is required and takes approximately 5 minutes to process a transaction. The gift will continue to be automatically deducted using the frequency and amount you select at set-up. Contact us at any time to opt-out or change the details.
If you prefer cash donations, we can arrange pick-up in Arkadelphia or welcome you to the center for a visit and tour. Your personal, business, or organization checks also may be made payable and mailed to:

Provide In-Kind Contributions
The families we serve come from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds and have varying needs. For some families, gas to get to/from counseling sessions is a struggle. For others, basic hygiene items really help as families get adjusted to new living situations following a disclosure of abuse. Some families may not need any financial assistance at all but will make use of items for therapy. Check back here often to learn of some of our needs for the center facility and families served. If you have any other items that you think may be useful, give us a call.
- gasoline gift cards ($10 denominations)
- new, full-size hygiene items (full-size shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, soap)
- blank journals for males and females of varying ages
- adult/teen/child coloring books and coloring pencils
- Play-Doh, small toys, puzzles, bubbles, books
- new, unopened underwear and socks for males and females (all sizes)
You may also purchase and directly ship items to us from our Amazon Wish List.
Take Part in a Fundraising Event
Help build awareness of child abuse and provide direct services for children in need by attending one of our signature fundraising events. You can also work with our development director, Deborah Sesser, to organize your own fundraiser in support of our center. Several businesses, social clubs, and civic organizations have already partnered with us to make a difference.
